I’m going to be totally honest, I don’t know why I got into photography. I only know who influenced me to pick up a camera, and how I’ve transformed as a photographer and as a person because of it.
My name is Cameron Hesson. I’m a portrait photographer from Bowling Green, Kentucky, specializing in Weddings, Lifestyle Portraits, and Senior Portraits.
There are those who view photography as a skill that needs to be technically perfected, those who see photography as black and white, a right way and a wrong way. And then there’s me… a man who believes each and every photograph you take tells a story. Not about if it was taken properly with the best exposure or the highest quality camera, but about how the subject feels in that very moment when life just stands still.
If you would’ve asked me several years ago what I would be doing with my life professionally, photography would’ve been the last career you’d hear. When I started doing portraits, I had absolutely NO IDEA how to pose or interact with a client as a photographer. However, I knew how to interact with them as a friend. It’s my hope that each and every client has an enjoyable and fun experience during their time with me, because lets face it, 90% of us are terrified to be in front of a camera. It is my goal to eliminate your fear, and blow you away with the end product!
